Shipping & Delivery Policy

AstraVed sells digital services only. Nothing is shipped physically, and there are no shipping charges. Everything is delivered online to your account and your email.
Delivery times
- Report bundle (Full Life Report, Personal Q&A, Remedy Guide): emailed within an hour of payment confirmation, and usually sooner. You do not need to keep the page open.
- Chat answers, Prashna readings, matching and muhurat: shown on screen within seconds.
- Subscriptions and chat credits: active in your account as soon as payment is confirmed.
- Free tools (panchang, choghadiya, horoscope): available instantly, no purchase needed.
How reports are delivered
When your reports are ready we email you download links, sent to the address on your account. For your privacy, those links expire after 7 days. Your reports remain available to download from your dashboard at any time while your account is open.
If you have not received your report
- Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from AstraVed.
- Check your dashboard — reports appear there as soon as they are ready.
- If more than 2 hours have passed since payment, write to contact@astraved.in with your Razorpay payment ID. We will deliver it, or refund you if we cannot, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Where we deliver
AstraVed is available online to anyone with an internet connection. Payments are accepted in Indian Rupees through Razorpay.
